Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will provide a full refund (excluding shipping) upon return of unused product within 14 days of your initial receipt of your purchase. 

To be eligible for refund, items must include proof of purchase, with unused product in the original packaging, and in the condition in which it/they were initial received.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

-You are responsible for all shipping and tracking costs 

-We are not responsible for any damage to your products incurred during return shipment, or for the loss of your items

-Always use an insured and trackable mail service

-Discounted items are not eligible for a return

-Fountain of Life Essentials (theFOLE) will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners
